If you would rather enjoy the great outdoors instead of training in a gym I have a number of different sessions held at Oaken Grove Park.

New You Boot Camp

Is run every Wednesday 19:15 and Saturday 08:00 rain or shine. It consists of a number of different cardio and resistance exercises with a maximum of 35 attendees per session.

We meet in the Car Park off Courthouse Road and work out in the enclosed picnic area.
